  I've been using this iron brothers Shred fat burner for almost 3 week and can say it's actually working.
  
  I've lost over 6 pounds with the help of the Shred product
  
  I usually take 2 capsules in the early afternoon when I'm in need of a pick me up.
  
  The formula also provides me with some much needed mental focus and appetite suppression.
  
  With that being said , I still have to put in work. Less junk food & starting doing 20 minutes of walking everyday (unless it's too cold). I also go to the gym 4 times a week.
  
  Highly recommend plus it's a Canadain owned and operated business
