  Even though I have a big appetite, I cannot finish one of these bars, so they are not as expensive as they might seem. I cut mine in thirds, in a snack bag. One or two pieces will keep my stomach happy for a couple of hours, or more. The flavours I've tried (variety packs) are all really delicious. The texture is like a firm Mars bar. I am diabetic, and these bars have made it much easier to keep my sugars level when I can't eat on schedule.
