  The product itself is worthy of the Manfrotto name, but it didn't quite meet my needs. I was quite disappointed that returns are NOT free! Depending on your distance from the seller, the postage could be quite steep—in my case, it was 20% of the purchase price! This will all pretty much guarantee that I won't buy from this seller again.
