  Looks great being all stainless steel, but hardly does it job. Toasts unevenly and the edges get burnt! Plus the knobs are very hard to turn, impossible if your hands are slightly wet. Also says to preheat 10 mins if baking and you can't lower the rack for larger items. I wanted it mainly for toast but this has proven to be useless.
