  This steamer cooks food quickly and evenly. I have used steamers for years, and this is the best one I ever tried. It's roomy, and holds a lot of food. Clean-up is quick and easy. The best part is that the food never touches plastic, which is why we bought the stainless steel steamer. The steamer arrived quickly, and very well packaged. This steamer looks great on the kitchen counter, where it is used for every meal. I ordered a third tier, which is available for a reasonable price.
