  I've had moderate severe hearing loss (75 dB for human voice) for 15 years and have previously paid way too much for hearing aids that I only use when I want to socialize with friends and family. Until recently, I avoided replacing expensive hearing aids because I couldn't justify paying thousands for something I only wear occasionally but it also meant I wasn't interacting with people. I bought these hearing aids and they were easy to set up, fast to charge, basically I just put them in my ears and waited 10 seconds for them to activate and I could finally have a conversation with my four year old niece! I don't find that they are amplifying high and low frequencies too much and find them incredible for just hearing people talking to me. If you have significant hearing loss and are looking for inexpensive hearing aids that help you hear conversation better and are easy to use, these are great.
