Tastes great on food and for mineralization it's pleasant

Love it. I used to use Celtic salt but I heard they found arsenic and other contaminates, so I tried the Nano Gold brand. Dried in the sun for Improved flavour and texture I use for minerals so having a1/4 tsp 1st thing in the a.m is a difficult thing to swallow with water but this brand isn't nearly as course or ultra salty. I like that it's milder
