  This ice maker does a great job making the ice. It is fast! In that way it is a fantastic product. However, the compartment where the ice gets dumped into is not chilled, so the ice starts melting if you don't remove it immediately. You have to really be on your toes to make sure you freeze the ice every 8-9 minutes so your ice doesn't melt.
