  I've never liked Margaret Atwood as a writer. However, I was curious about this series. It's slow but really really good. You need to read about the Handmaid's world on the web first and once you're situated you can follow easily. What a world MA has created! Scary when people's rights are violated. I can't wait for season 2 now. And of course, the actress that plays Offred is amazingly good.
