  I was a bit shocked at the size of the pillow. It's standard but for some reason I thought it's be bigger to "support" more. The shape is very ideal for me as the middle lower piece actually works! I feel that my head isn't restricted so I can go on my side with comfort of my shoulder with the raised corners. It's soft to mid firm which honestly allows for the pillow to flex when moving around. So a pro for it not being super firm/rigid. Very happy with the purchase. Have recommend.
