  The size is a bit small but works fine for a few mugs. The temp touch base is a soft touch which is lovely. The exterior is sort of a matte black which looks great but easily wears around the top where the lid is. The lid is a very snug fit so be very careful when trying to open it. Also recommend to tighten the knob on top of lid because it came loose after only a few months. Overall happy and recommend.
