  I didn't realize you couldn't use this for milk, shipping and cost was a little expensive for such a small bag. But all this information was available ahead of time so can't really complain. The kefir water turned out very nice and will last for a really long time. Its a great and healthy alternative to drinking just water or you can drink it instead of juice. We made one batch and put some black sable grapes in it and let it sit for a while (changing grapes and putting new ones every day) it came out great.
