  This portable neck cooler has a decent fan but I’m unimpressed by how long it functions on a charge. On a single charge, at the lowest fan speed setting, the unit worked constantly for 5 hours before stopping. Although I expected better battery performance on a charge, the fan is of a decent quality so I can’t rate this neck cooler lower. Adequate performance.
