  Its good and gentle, I recommend for sure if ur sensitive or ur ph gets thrown off easily. Obviously u don't need to use it daily but when u do need it its just right. And ladies tell ur partner to wash their 'stuff' with it before 'interacting' with u to make sure they're not using bad soap thats gunna throw off ur ph
