  This item was DOA, so I am disappointed with Fosi Audio.
  First of all they shipped me a used item. I know that because when I opened the box, the preamp wasn't wrapped in plastic as their other items are. Also the power cord wasn't wrapped and tied as usual. Everything was just loose inside the box.
  
  This is the last time I am purchasing anything from Fosi audio, their service has gone downhill.
