After taking one tablet I felt slightly nauseous, fatigue and lethargy, slight headache. Maybe if I continued taking them I would be able to adapt to them or maybe if I had a half dose it might be better? However I am not comfortable taking them and I phoned �鶹�� and they told me to dispose the product and they refunded my purchase. Very pleased with the refund. Thank you �鶹��.
