I inherited two antique gold rings that belonged to my late grandmother - both date to the 1920s. One was her diamond engagement ring and the other an art deco style ring with a small diamond and two emeralds. They had never been cleaned. Both rings were dull and the diamond on the wedding ring had so much dirt on it that it looked grey.
I soaked both rings in the Hagerty W. J. Luxury Jewel Clean. The wedding ring took a bit of scrubbing with a soft toothbrush because dirt had collected in the intricate filigree detail.
I am thrilled with the end results. The gold gleams and the stones sparkle. With the years of grime removed I can see detail on the rings that was not visible before.
