  The Capilano Active Manuka Honey is affordably priced for Manuka honey but with a MGO of only 30+, this is not the high grade manuka honey with therapeutic benefits. It does work great as a sweetener and comes in a squeeze bottle that is the best I've ever used. It is easy to squeeze and there is no drip, leak or any mess. It is clean and works well. The taste is great is I've been using it nightly in my tea.
