  The cleaning solution itself is good, the cloth they include and the instructions need some work. The instructions tell you to wipe the screen dry first, I would ignore this advice, it's likely to scratch the screen in my opinion. Also the instructions say you can use either side of the cloth, but if you feel the cloth one side is fairly soft and the other has a rough texture, so what side should you use? I'd recommend ignoring the cloth and use a good quality microfiber cloth instead. Using my own cloth and NOT wiping the screen dry, I cleaned 3 screens and it worked well each time, no scratches,no streaks.
