- Reviewed in Canada on November 26, 2023First of all, the customer service for this company has always been amazing. My speaker showed up with a small dent from the travel. I contacted the company and they responded super quick and sent me a new one with no issues.The media could not be loaded.
The sound quality is impressive for such a small speaker, but I didn't have any worries about it since I've had multiple speakers from this company and they're always great. It's a perfect size for travel and the sound is loud enough to hear it great but not too loud to be very disturbing if it's brought out in public.
