His eyes open and close, it makes real life sounds, he's super cuddly so in regards to functionality, he does what is advertised really well. His coloring is very similar to a real dog. The quality of the toy is great. He's a little heavy so it feels more real. I think this toy is worth the money and the carrier he comes with helps with imaginative play.
