- Reviewed in Canada on August 6, 2023I changed out my old black ink cartridge for this new one, as the old one was finished. As you can see in the photo, no matter what colour my document(s) are everything is printing only pink. I even put back my old cartridge, & still the same problem. The top document was black, & white, & the other was multicolour(original documents). Hopefully my printer isn't ruined. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. Would give it 0 if I could. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
