  One small issue I had was that the tin cane bent and doesn’t close properly, but I didn’t buy this for the tin - the pencils are incredible! This was my first time buying polychromos, and it was more than worth it. The pencils last long in between sharpening, are sturdy, and don’t snap easily. I have to say these apply rich colour in finite marks allowing for great detail! Would recommend to any artist. A bit bummed about the tin, in case I wanted to take it on the go, but it is what it is. Would love to know if it’s possible to get an empty tin?
