  It does the job, I am used to BBQ ground beef kebabs without grill and this gives me the same advantage. My kebabs don't touch the grill and they don't stick or break!!!

  Be careful don't touch the skewers. I read it in comments how people touched them and got burnt. I thought I would never do that. And guess what I did it myself while talking to someone.
  
  They should have like red color or something to remind you, don't touch
