    I was contacted about a refund for this item after posting this review. I was asked to send a video of it not working and then I would be refunded. I did this and then was offered a 30% refund for the item arriving DOA. This is now a 1 star review. Id not only avoid this product now, but ANY "ARTMAN" product due to the run-around and customer service. Since you clearly read these reviews BUT not the emails sent to the address listed when asking for help in the first place, please know, you can still make this right by refunding me for the product you sent that DOES NOT WORK.

    -This came in really quick, which was nice, but it took even less time to see that the charging station/dock included was garbage. It blinks the battery symbol whether there is a battery connected or not, and when I do connect the batteries, they don't charge. Luckily my camcorder will charge on the body of itself, but I just have this useless piece of plastic sitting around I wish I didn't have to pay for. I considered returning all the items for a full refund, but I am currently using the batteries (they work) and did not want to chance sending all three items back to end up with a faulty battery in return. I've emailed "Artman" a week ago and no response. Id look around at other options.
