Customer Review

When you see big words "raw" "organic" and "vegan", it is best to run away with your wallet. The main two ingredients are peas and brown rice protein. Both are extremely inexpensive products but somehow "Raw" and "organic" are reasons to charge a steep premium.

You are getting a low-protein poor bioavailability product with 6 grams of sugars per serving. There are only 20 grams of protein in a 37-gram scoop and you likely don't get the 4 grams of muscle-building leucine you need.

You are better off with a soy-based protein product if you are a hardcore vegan. For everyone else, stick to an animal source that comes from milk such as whey or casein. I can buy greek yogurt and get more usable protein than this product
