  1 of the USB ports came dead on arrival. Reached out to Elgato Support, and now have to go through an RMA process.
  
  This thing has the benefit of saving desk space because it integrates with your Stream Deck Plus. But considering how much they charge for a 4-port USB hub, this is really overpriced. BUT considering how overpriced it is, I really expected better quality control to prevent this from happening.
  
  All in all, absolutely horrible experience so far.
