  This heavy-duty, insulated meat resting bag offers sufficient room for brisket, pork, steak, and more. While it’s more of a “want” than a “need,” it’s a great addition if you smoke meats frequently. It helps retain heat and moisture during resting, which can improve the final flavor and texture. Definitely useful for anyone serious about their BBQ game!
