  As others have mentioned, it seems like the case may have been re-purposed. It is what it is, the box looks nice on the outside regardless, and the pencils are what you would expect. Good value for 4 of them, nice colors, and gives you a good assortment of lead sizes - I'm happy with it :)
  
  They're nice pencils, no bells and whistles but the metal grip is nice, plastic body. I'm using the 0.5mm and 0.7mm ones for colored lead that matches the color of the pencils.
