I have been struggling with sleep for months and had started taking melatonin many nights for the past month. I'd read that it wasn't a good idea to do that long term and that magnesium glycinate was also a sleep aid. I've used this brand for other supplements and their magnesium glycinate had good reviews as well. It helped me from the first night! I'm able to get a good night's sleep and don't have as much difficulty waking up as I did with melatonin. The capsules are a little big and a bit chalky but easy enough to swallow with lots of water. You need to take 2 capsules before bed so I'll need to replace them sooner than I'd hoped. So the cost is also more than melatonin but it works really well!
