I used the Easy Fermenter Lids to make a fermented coleslaw, took about 7 days in a quart jar. Made 4 batches of quick dills, again using quart jars and these were ready in 5 days. I don鈥檛 have weights so I used a small zip bag of brine to hold cucumbers down and on some batches I used washed grape leaves to keep cucumbers below brine. Works great, no mold. Haven鈥檛 used the pump, just visual and I know when it鈥檚 ready for me. Still so much I want to try!
