  The media could not be loaded.

  The set up was fine until I turned it on. There are 3 light settings cool, neutral, and warm however they do not work. The warm setting works fine then you change to the neutral and one light is neutral then the other is cool, change it one more time to cool and only the left light turns on.
  I believe I was sent a previously returned defective item as the protective film was partially removed and the instructions sheet was missing.
