  it arrived as described, quick and undamaged as we've come to expect from amazon. however, it just doesn't work. no matter how we tried to connect it, it could not find netflix, wired, wireless, it didn't matter. it refused to connect to netflix's servers. i have no idea if it played dvd's or not because the tray door won't open. there's no tape on the door, it says it's open on the screen. it just doesn't open in actuality. this is the point i'd had enough and put it back in the box. 0/5 would not buy again.
