  I ordered these 3200 filters for my new Model 3200 General Air Humidifier. When I tried to install they did not fit so I compared them to the original and found they were 3/4'' to wide and 1/2'' too tall, no problem I'll return them. I left an explanation on the "whats the problem" message board, part of the return procedure expecting some correspondence of how can we help you and got a return approval instead.
  The part that bugged me was not only did I have to pay the return shipping and was penalized a 25% restocking fee, they said next time make sure you know what your ordering...@#$@! Don't need this crap,
  I'm not returning them, I cut them down to fit. After that, they fit and worked fine. Be aware before you order. Thanks
