  Pros:
  1. Makes good, tasty coffee
  2. Very strong, insulated steam wand
  3. Easy to use
  
  Cons:
  1. After using the steam wand, a lot of water leaks into the drip tray. I have to empty it after making three lattes.
  2. Pressure is inconsistent, though I haven’t noticed any difference in the taste of the coffee.
  3. The Americano nozzle leaks slightly, but the drips go into the tray, so it’s not a major issue.
