  since I live outside of town, being on a well so no electricity=no water
  Wanted a solution for my jerrycans I would not have to lift each time I needed a cup of water (with the mess that comes lifting/pouring)
  This cheap little gizmo did the trick
  I do change the water in the jerrycans every 2 months, just in case
  And whit that item I can, when time comes, leave it on the kitchen counter and pour water for my needs, and with no mess
