Perfect skewers. Nice and long so you can keep the ends off the heat to grab, or just load them up if you don’t mind cooking the whole thing. Better than burning wooden skewers, and reusable. Easy to clean and don’t take up much space in the drawer. Sharp and thin enough to skewer small pieces easily.
