  I love this microphone. However the customisation feature with the ngenuity app is ONLY available if you have windows software. Any other pc software (I have a Chromebook). I got the android compatible version and the app is only able to detect bluetooth devices (which obviously this mic doesn't have). It would have been nice to know that the app control only works for certain software. Overall it's great for sound and is true to it's advertising. Minus one star for the app incompatibility
