My work-van doesn't have Android Auto, and there are LOTS of times where I'm just in the van waiting for other people. I've typically just used YouTube on my phone, but this is so much nicer to view, and doesn't put nearly as much battery-strain on my phone. There is a magnetic phone-mount already in the van, and I was able to just unscrew the mounting system on the device, and I attached a magnetic mount to this. I was concerned about the width of the device, since I use an Android Auto 'hack' to get YouTube, and I was worried that it would go across the whole screen, either being a distorted mess, or cutting off most of the video, but nope, they thought of that already, and the first 2/3 of the screen is used for the primary application, and the last 1/3 is dedicated to Maps. Absolutely worth it so far.
