Customer Review

It does what it's supposed to do.

However, like most people, I had to find comments on a video to understand why the spring was so hard. Which isn't a bad thing in itself. But I wished it was made clear in the description or manual. I would have avoided trying to figure out if it was broken to begin with. Maybe adding a note about the mount being so hard to bend without the monitor's weight on it.

Anyway, I won't use it because when I extend the arm parallel to the wall I can't turn the monitor to face me. The head that holds the monitor will only move 45° in each direction for a total of 90°. So, it stands too far from the wall compared to my other monitors and at a weird angle. But I guess it's a very specific issue to have. I'll keep it for another use.

The arm is sturdy and will take the weight.
