  This makes taking your measurements so easy! I have the Renpho scale already and I decided to get this a couple months later to help with getting a better read on my weight loss. The app reads the measuring tape (it's connected through Bluetooth), puts all the information together and keeps a record of my progress in the app. It shows in the app where you take the measurements so it helps with consistency). I hesitated getting this at first because I thought it was too much for just a "measuring tape" but later I caved in and I am so happy I did. If you want to keep a good record of your health progress and maybe use it to help motivate you, then I highly recommend getting this in conjunction with a Renpho's smart scale.
