I used this on a delidded i5 4670k and it was easy enough to spread to both the i5's die and the heat spreader, it brought temps down low enough that passing a prime95 stress test was no longer an issue. Before the delid it would almost instantly hit 100C. Now it's just hitting the low 70s with a light overclock. So yes I like this stuff and I'd buy it again.
Now I can't make any comparisons to other liquid metals on the market because this is the first I've ever used. I'll say all the usual warnings apply though, avoid contact with aluminum. Do not get this stuff on anything surrounding the cpu or gpu as that will have a high chance of killing the component if you run them without cleaning it up. A good tip from buildzoid is to pick up some of the liquid metal from the syringe itself (remove the lid or needle point) and paint it onto your component with the cotton swab that's included. You can completely avoid mistakenly squirting it out if you do it this way.
