  Update : one of the hinges got broken and we sent it back for fix. That was still under the manufacturer warranty which is good. The bad thing is that it took them three months to fix such a small break but eventually we received it back fixed.
  
  We tried different waffle machines but they were either have no removable plates or the waffle isn't that good made. This one is really easy use and clean, and the waffle is crunchy and never sticks. It also gives you a peep when it reaches the temp set which helps you understand when to pour your mix. We love it so far.
  
  Only tiny thing that happened is that we received the first one defective with bent plate that was causing the mix to leak our of the machine and messes things up. We requested a replacement and the new one is what we have been using so far with satisfaction.
