  I’m very pleased with this cheddar cheese powder.
  The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because the flavour is quite mild. I would prefer a stronger cheese flavour.
  The flavour is very nice and tastes like cheese
  I like that it isn’t too salty.
  The expiry date is 11 months in the future a bit short
  So far I have only used it on popcorn.
  I drizzled melted butter on the popcorn and then used a very fine mesh strainer to dust the popcorn with the cheese powder. No clumps and no pile at the bottom of the bowl as it sticks to the butter nicely.
  
  I never buy the popcorn flavours in the store as I can’t get past the awful ingredients list. so this is a pleasure to enjoy without all the garbage and no yucky chemical after taste.
  
  I have also enjoyed the Hoosier Hill Farm egg crystals which I gave 5 stars to.
  
  Happy to recommend these Hoosier products.
