Customer Review

Update as of September 2020. Originally bought in February 2020. In my original review (further below) I gave this item 5 stars and it seemed like a great, well-built item but apparently NOT! With daily use my 82 year old mom managed to break it in about 6 months. The point where the base secures the post is not well-designed to withstand normal use. It broke. See pictures. For the price I expected to get a few years of reasonable use, not just a few months. Very disappointed.

Great item for my 82 year old mom who has age related mobility issues. Well built. Strong and sturdy materials. Smart design. Tray rotates very smartly. I wish you could raise and lower the height of the tray independently of the height of the grip handle.
