  Very versatile tool from digging up stubborn weeds to cutting down thick stalks. I use it for planting as well. I like that it has a ruler in the knife so that I can tell how deep the planting hole can be. I have used this tool now for 2-3 years and have not had to sharpen the blade. Would highly recommend this tool for the avid gardener.
