- Reviewed in Canada on May 16, 2025Better and yet not as good as the previous generation Everyday Earbuds. On one hand I enjoy the fact that they now sense your finger when you tap them to adjust volume or to pause playback... with the caveat being that you cannot control them while wearing gloves since it's no longer a physical button on the side and kind of makes a cheapish rattling sound when tapping which also needs to be fairly slow and deliberate, no quick triple taps. Also if you're like me and where them at work and only keep one ear in at a time, the previous gen with the physical button would still allow you to skip forward by triple tapping regardless of which side you had in. The new ones though, if you're only using the left side will only allow you to hit reverse to restart the song. Only a minor inconvenience when you can't physically pi k up your phone to change the track.
Aside from that the sound and fit are amazing as always. The newer case style being a little taller and thinner is nicer in the pocket than the previous pill shaped case.
All around I'm still very happy with them and will gladly buy another pair of these when I need a new set.
