  My mother in law introduced me to these and I’m so happy she did! They prevent food from sticking to the grill bars but you don’t get any compromise on the cooking or grilling. I would suggest washing every use. At first I wasn’t washing them between uses and I found they were creating a lot more smoke in my grill. I like that the pack came with multiple. I have the spirit Weber and two mats work perfect so I can keep interchanging dirty and clean!
