  Read the dates of the other reviews. I bought this last year and and used it a bit. It is not really a beginner drone and it once it loses it's signal, it does NOT return to home. It's signal range is not that great and I've nearly lost it many times. I wish I spent a bit more to have a return to home feature. It is fun to use in the backyard but I would not let this drone venture very far out beyond a couple of hundred feet because you will lose signal you might not be able to get it down without losing it. I wanted to use it to take some photos of my roof gutters to see any blockages but the camera does not really point down so it's just really a just a toy. It's got a learning curve to learn to use so don't think you can play with it right away without some prior experience or without reading the directions carefully. For the price, I think it's a good product but you'll probably end up wishing you spent more. It's not a super stable drone to hover. It's a bit twitchy.
