Had it home plugged in, never experienced power outage, so can't review that part.
Went on a 7 days hunting trip, my CPAP is a resmed airsense 10. Came with the right cord to plug in. I used a non heated slim tube and had bought the side panel to cancel the humidifier. Turned off pressure relief like the other reviewers said. Slept an average of 5 hours a night, and used only 50% of battery every night. We would run generator in the morning, and within 60 to 90 mins the battery was back to 100%.
So for me, this worked perfectly, I have a pressure of 11cm of H20 max set on my cpap.
The only drawback is that for some reason, when charging through a generator, there was no charging indication like when plugged at home. To check status, I had to unplug it and press the button to see the 4 indication lights. At home, the light will blink when charging.
